  1. It does get difficult to write about something that you feel a lot
about but cannot express easily in words so I might as well start of
with there was this bike or rather a bicycle which I always admired as
I saw it frequienly within a group of recently getered friends from the
    local cafe in Antwerp/Belgium.

The bike reminded me of the hourses used by the gendarmerie or the
special police very very huge ! Being a dutch bike it does have a
traditional sence of appeal and these specialy with three gears and
just one hand brake if you know what I mean ! The foot brake came in
very handy however you do have to almost premeditate for perfect use !

The bike has been passed through all friends within the group and I
miss it so much that I would like to know where it is as well as who is
    using it !

I remember going to The Neatherlands from Belgium with that bike and
afterwards doing it with other bikes and you feel as if you'r being
unfaitfull since the huge bike does have a dominance as you get along
    with long trips !

So I will be very happy to have comments from Raoul/Holland
    Paul/Canada/France Hugo/Portugal Vlado/Croastia and ofcourse Phill
from Australia because he is the one who got the bile in the very first
    place !

Biking is a fun so lets get on with it...

  2. "recently getered friends"??

Is this something like what happens to your cat, when it goes to
    the Vet?

mmmmm, Belgians! Very large, cold-blooded, sweet-natured,
hard working, lovable and love-giving horses. Gentle giants!

I can appreciate your affection for a bike with those qualities.

I like Icelandic ponies, too :-)

    cheers,
    Tom
