Hi,
I am facing the possibility of having a case of genetal
warts. I have develloped this flesh colored group of small
bumps on the outside of my penis, and have noticed a very
small skin-tag looking growth on the
previously, but nothing ever had resulted in growths, etc.
My partner checks clean with all stds (they automaticaly
checked her last blood test a couple months ago), but she
has for some time had abnormal cells present in her gyn
exams (smears, I believe).
I worry that these are one and the same. I am a firm
believer in alternative/nutritional/natural remedies as much
as possible. I will be seeing the doctor in a short time for
a checkup, and will discuss this with them then. But Id like
to do whatever possible now to allow my and her body to
fight down any infection that may be present.
I am curious why remedies wuch as the use of garlic and
intake of sulfur containing compoundsas found in Balch's
nutritional healing book, or or salysilic acid, as is common
in wart remedies is never mentioned for genetal warts. Is it
simply a pain tolerance issue? I can not see why it would be
so bad on the outside of my penis (I could see the case in
more sensitive places). Further, since common, plantar and
genetal warts are all forms of the hpv virus, how different
could treatments be?
Any info would be most appreciated. Thanks very much
