  1. is it healthy to eat it?

Mercola wrote:"We also know that any hydrolyzed protein, such as the
hydrolyzed gelatin will contain some processed free glutamic acid
(MSG), some aspartic acid, and some L-cysteine, all considered to be
neurotoxic by neuroscientists. Even without hydrolyzing gelatin,
gelatin contains over 11% processed free glutamic acid (MSG) and some
aspartic acid and L-cysteine. It is present as a result of the
manufacturing process that results in gelatin"

and also, is it healthy to add sheep fat to help absord
creatinine/creatine (don't know the right name, but it's an amino acid)

  2. I know you can get pharmaceutical grade gelatin at www.iherb.com It's
    from a company called 21st Century, I think. Beyond that, I wouldn't
worry, because the other concerns are epiphenomenal, that is, once you
get the AA out of you, most of the other things you hear about no
longer apply, because your body becomes much less biochemically active,
and your energy is no longer suppressed, so your cells can respond
    better to stressors.

Not sure about the creatine question. Why do you want to take this?

  3. I don't want to take it as supplement. just exploring the "oils/fats
world" and cam e across fat-from-sheep
that supposed the help absorb proteins.
    But it's not very important.
I 'm just changing my all nutrition (and life style) and have many
    questions.
