Anybody heard any funny, or sad stories, regarding when somebody has
had their bike taken from them.
I heard once from somebody in the Glasgow Humane Society that one of
their other members lost their bike by giving a lend of it to an
obviously disabled chap who promised to "have it back as soon as poss".
Unsuprisingly he never came back.
I also hear whispers of people just being mugged for it. Knifepoint
normally.
Anybody got any stories?

i've ha THREE bikes nicked in the past, so hardly ever leave it unattended
without at least two locks now.. even Dlocks seemed to be no probs for the
b'stards..
i must say though, each time for 1 and 2 i got a better bike, from the
insurance!
