Dear All,
Gears wont shift down to the 7th highest gear. It is not the adjustment
screws or the cable. Not sure what make the derailler is but it is long arm.
Any suggestions?

You say it's 'not the cable', but it might be worth trying lubricating it
where it rubs the frame (round the bottom bracket in particular) - this did
it for me.

I know the shop put in the wrong spacers. The shifter is past the frame.
