A friend of mine has a pending order with an online retailer for the new Garmin Forerunner. I am also very interested in the system, so he keeps me updated. He just forwarded an email from the retailer to me, stating that Garmin has recalled all units which had already been shipped to customers, because of "a problem with moisture accumulating under the display". It is also saying that a new tentative release date is set for December 18, but it also warns that this is "tentative".
There was a very informative thread about the Forerunner about a week ago on this newsgroup. Any new information anyone?
