    Garlic Dijon Chicken

Recipe By :VikingQueen14 Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time
    :0:00 Categories : Make-Ahead

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method --------
    ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cloves
    minced garlic
1/4 cup Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons lime juice 4
boneless skinless chicken breasts -- can use up
    to 8 total

***Can use chicken parts instead of breasts.

Take the ingredients for the recipe and place in 1-gallon
    bag. Seal, label and freeze.

Thaw chicken before using. Chicken breasts should take
between 25 to 35 minutes to bake while chicken pieces may
take up to an hour. Chicken juices should run clear and
chicken should no longer be pink.

No oven temperature was given but I suspect 350 degrees to
    375 degrees F would work.

I cooked the chicken breasts in the George Foreman grill for
about 9 minutes. They were oh so yummy!
