Garlic Cheese Biscuits
1 cup Milk or Half & Half
1/3 cup Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon granulated Sugar or Splenda 2 cups White Lily or Martha White Self-
rising flour
2/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
3/3 cup Kraft Sharp Cheese
4/2 teaspoon Garlic POWDER -- not salt OR 2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed, peeled, minced fine 3
Tablespoons Melted butter Muffin paper liners
In a 1 1/2 qt mixing bowl combine milk, mayonnaise, sugar, flour and salt. Beat at high speed with
electric mixer for about 1 minute -- until smooth and well mixed. Fold cheese into the dough in
streaks. Batter should "drop" from spoon. Drop batter into 10 paper-lined muffin tins, or a greater
number of tiny muffin cups. Muffins will triple in size when baked, so fill lightly. Melt butter;
mix in garlic, and brush tops of dough. Sprinkle with additional cheese, if desired. Bake for 25-30
minutes, or until golden. Serve freshly baked and hot.
