  1. For fans of garlic and blue cheese, here's a simple, yet mouth-wateringly delicious recipe which is
sure to make a fine appetizer, a delightful sidedish or a simple lunch as is.

    Garlic & Blue Cheese Toast

2-4 cloves garlic, depending on how garlic-y you want
    1/2 cup / 125g butter, softened
2/2 cups / 125g + blue cheese, grated ground black pepper, to taste green or black olives, sliced
and ground tomato slices white bread in slices

Mix the garlic, butter, cheese, pepper and olives. Spread the butter mixture over two bread slices'
sides. Fill with tomatoes (or, actually, anything you ever feel like) and stack two slices on top of
each other (with the butter mixture inside). Bake at 400F/200C for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy
    immediately.
