Sometimes your poo is larger than your anus.

Your anus is far more expandable than your common bile duct. Also, if
you were to stretch your common bile duct that much it would cause
    excruciating biliary pain.

  2. One more question...

Do paid alternative health practitioners actually do these gallstone
flushes as part of their practice, or would that be a little too close
to practicing serious medicine? I know most seem to do "colon flushes",
but that seems more of a recreational activity for the "patient".

In other words, are gallstone flushes pretty much limited to OTC (or
    OTInternet) or home=grown remedies?

Your anus is designed to stretch briefly to accomodate this
situation. Your common bile duct is not. It will stretch a
tiny bit, but I gather the pain is excruciating. A marble-
sized object is *not* going to go through, period.

The normal diameter of the common bile duct (CBD) is less than 10 mm. In
cases of chronic common bile duct obstruction, it can gradually stretch
without much pain to around 20-25 mm, but this nearly always accompanied
by jaundice and is nearly always caused by malignancy. Acute CBD
obstruction, as caused by gallstones, is nearly always accompanied by
severe right upper quadrant or epigastric pain.

Also, even if a small gallstone of, say 10 mm in diameter, did manage to
find its way into the CBD, in most cases, it would very likely lodge at
and obstruct the Sphincter of Oddi (a sphicter found where the CBD
enters the duodenum). Indeed, endoscopists often cut this sphincter
during endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) to allow
gallstones in the biliary tree to pass or to be extracted with various
endoscopic instruments. If lots of gallstones find their way into the
CBD, complications can include jaundice, ascending cholangitis (a
life-threatening infection of the biliary tree), or gallstone
    pancreatitis (another potentially life-threatening condition).

Oh, so all those web sites that sell the "flushes" are doing it for
    free? I think not.

Make up your own mind , like I said , it worked for me and others I

opinions are of no relevance to me . My doctor certainly knows the
difference between gallstones and some imaginary mixture of oil and
grapefruit juice . Have you ever wondered why the detractors are so
vocal about something that they claim doesn't work ? , if it was so
then why would they even bother to comment ? , to save us all from
    what ?

    Fraud.

But David isn't interested if *fraud* from convertional medicine kills a
volunteering teenager, or the doctor who committed this *fraud* is still on
    staff.

He is here to save us from fraud. What a hoot.

  8. If you supply the ingredients for the flush and I will do it and post the

  14. Check out the website and it is posted as one of the many styles of doing
it. Start on a Friday while at work and finish Saturday morning. Your diet
will be back to normal by Saturday afternoon. It's a piece of cake and you
    will probably be impressed.

To blend the flush technique with reality I usually eat a no fat breakfast
cereal before work and some fruit and water at lunch (I think?) then don't
eat the rest of the day and the magnesium salts start at 6 PM if I remember
correctly. You can do it with lemon juice or grapefruit. I think the lemon
is more effective but do not mix it with the olive oil. It goes slimy big
time!. My wife hates the grapefruit mixture and I love it but the magnesium
salt mixture is the opposite for us. I have a hard time with the doses in
the morning and actually couldn't continue one time. Look for the aqua
coloured stones. It may or may not work the first time. I probably got
500-1000 stones out the first time and felt so good I was almost high for
    about 3 days.

know anything else from that report, like where the stones came from.
