Well, the Brits have a different use of the word "humpers", too. I found that out when I was there
on a project, and the project manager asked me if I wanted a couple of humpers. I didn't
completely know what it meant, but I was pretty sure I did. :-)

Gonna have to explain that one to me. I'd be totally confused if someone asked if I wanted "a couple
    of humpers".

    'Humpen' I'd be ok with...

That's the great thing about the internet. You can really tell what a trail is completely like

Actually wouldn't it have to be something with sharp angular lines that nobody really recognizes as
a vehicle. Like the Pontiac Aztek.

Yep - round cars would pretty much guarantee a good return signal.

Radar waves have to be pretty drunk before they'll touch an Aztec though.

    I wish that was true.

I used to own the ultimate stealth vehicle - a 1990 Corsica - metallic burgundy. I got vanity plates
just so I could tell my own car from the umpteen million others that looked exactly like it. It was
so ubiquitous as to be functionally invisible. Generic "car". You could drive that thing 90 mph in a
school zone with naked siamese twin dwarves strapped to the roof and a meth lab cooking in the
hatch, and nobody would bat an eye.

    Kathleen "Your mileage may vary."

I bet big money you'll never catch Kathleen picking driving while yakking on a cell phone andd
holding a latter. Plus even now she doesn't drive the right sort of vehicle.

If one more latte crazed soccer mom in a silver landcruiser passes me going 45 in a 25 on her way to
get her kids at the same school I"m on my way too.... rrrrrr
