    The first picture in the Images 1 section depicts a bike with a odd dual hub
    and a unusually flexible wheel in a sort of a elongated shape like a tank
    track.
    it appears to be functional no less. But I honestly do not see how the
    wheel could turn or rotate at all. The spoke lacing pattern makes no sense.
    Unless the wheel sort of flops around and the bike goes up and down like a
    jackhammer or something.

    Thanks, I eventually figured that out too. Someone has way too much time on
    their hands.
