Can anyone on here advise a newbie? I am looking for an affordable fixed/ss bike that I can use for commuting and pub runs. Would prefer a no-name (or at least one that doesn't look too hot) as I live in a dodgy part of town & was almost relieved of my MTB by a gang of muggers last summer.
I have recently spotted an 06 Fuji trackie on sale for £275 which is within my budget, but I would like to get a few opinions from those ITK about such things. Is it any good for riding on the road? Can it accommodate more robust tyres & a QR on the rear wheel?
Any tips, advice & recommendations would be most welcome!
