Sort, what used to be call "Authentic Soviet Engineering". p-clamps
to hold the rack on, then check that your heels clear the panniers
when pedaling. ESGE "Race Blade" strap on fenders. Some Michelin
25mm tires, really about 26mm, about the biggest you can stuff in
a frame with brakes mounted low like the Newest.
If you can travel light a Carradice Camper saddle
bag and a Carradice/Bagman QR Expedtion support will work well.
A small bar bag that carries the weight below handle bar height
