Fscking mutts

Well as long as he is ok, that is the main thing, does this happen all the time or is this something people saw on the Tour De France and thought oh this might be fun to do, let the dogs into the pack.

"Riders blown off bikes", ok I thought I have been in danger a couple of times from winds around here, but actually blown off a bike, that must have been some wind, with rain as well..! Ouch.

There are plenty of unrestrained dogs in country areas all over Australia.
Lots of farmers still have the attitude "it's unfair on the dog to restrain
it from roaming free"

Literary license methinks. Not as dramatic to say "riders blown off the road
by the wind and fell off" or "riders blown into other riders and fell off".

A guy I race with (Joe Lewis) was blown off his bike into a ditch while he
was in the leading pack, he said it took him close to 5 mins to climb out of
the ditch and it resulted im him losing quite a lot of time as he got stuck
in the dropped riders bunch.

He is now 30 mins down from the leader, at least he was not injured and was
able to continue.

Scarey thing was that some riders actually were blown off their bikes*, no bull.

But hey, it's all good fun and games is it😎

*But not like the Paul Crake accident in NZ last year where he was thrown into a fence post🙁
