Went there...in the downloadable pdf for torque specs they do not list the OS-140 stem at all. Neither does their price list or anything else. They often haven't been too fast at answering question when I have written before, I just thought it might be faster to ask here...
Bought the stem as a "take-off," so no box/instructions or anything....
