    I'd heard that, too, so I asked their rep about it at the Seattle Bike Expo
    last month, and he said they were working on Brifters/derailleurs and
    brakes, probably due around '09 or so. '08 if they're lucky.

    I'd heard that, too, so I asked their rep about it at the Seattle Bike Expo
    last month, and he said they were working on Brifters/derailleurs and
    brakes, probably due around '09 or so. '08 if they're lucky.

    This is starting to smell like the late '70s and early '80s when
    everyone started making a full or near full group -- for a while (e.g.
    Galli, Ofmega, Excel, Mavic, Suntour). Few made it as OE and most died
    a prolonged death -- like Mavic, which is still dying, IMO. It is
    nice, though, to see more shifter options.. -- Jay Beattie.

    They'll play a cruel joke and use regular SLR Aero levers with a
    thumbshifter knob on the side. 😉 I'm sure everyone here will just *rave*
    about them!
