Anyone hear about this? I got a buddy who had an FSA Carbon Post come "unglued" where the post joins the clamp. I also have that seat post, but no problems yet. Just wondering if there was a recall... Anyone hear this?
Thanks

I'm riding this post and I haven't heard about any such thing. Given what it's been through recently, I don't think I have anything to be concerned about. Perhaps it's just an isolated defect.
Im not a big fan of FSA products after i bought some of their track cranks a few months ago. They have a carbon spider with a metal crank arm and the join between the spider and arm has come loose on two different sets of these cranks now. It doesnt effect the way they ride very much except that i have "neutral gear" for a fraction of a second before the "slack" is taken back up each time i back pedal or accelerate. Now i know they shouldnt do it and i was willing to give them a go as they were the first production run but surely u would think that these sort of problems would be sorted before they were released to the public? In my opinion u should send FSA an email and firmly state your position and the fear that u face with your seatpost and let them know why u r concerned........maybe it will get us somewhere?
