Apologies to those who have already asked about this, my wife had offered the bike to some friends
and was waiting to see if they wanted it.
For sale, then, in Reading - one Adams Trail-A-Bike shifter (5-speed), folding type (pivot in front
of seat, not folding hitch pole as on some cheaper types of trailer bike). Current model here:
<http://www.sheldonbrown.com/harris/trailrcy.html>, ours is metallic blue.
It's served us well, carrying Michael up to the age of 8 and Peter from the age of 4. We now have a
triplet, as many will know, so the Trail-A-Bike is taking up space. It's well used but not battered
or rusty, it's been kept clean and dry. Tyre and seat are in good condition, the wheel is true, two
hitch blocks, no rear mudguard. Crappy twist-grip shifter replaced with standard indexed shifter.
We reckon £50 is about right - they sell for a lot more in the small ads, but many of those have
probably not been used as much as ours (which was part of the school run for a year or more, in good
weather anyway). Mail to guy dot chapman at spamcop dot net - and sorry again to those who already
expressed an interest, your details are on Marvin's disks and therefore not currently available. You
got there first.
