It's a Specialized "DirectDrive"; has a bonded steel steerer (8" long, race dia. 1.040, threaded portion dia. 1"😉; has lawyer lips, no bosses or eyelets, recessed brake mounting, polished aluminium colour.
Forks have clamp marks on the dropouts - but it appears as though they were removed after assembly and have not been used - no chips, scratches, or other marks other than from sitting in a box in the basement.
