  1. PowerCranks for sale.

Independently ratcheting cranks that simply bolt on to a
Shimano bb. I'm including 53/42 chainrings and self-
extracting bolts. They are ready to be slapped on your bike.

Here's how they work: If you don't lift your leg on the
upstroke the crank doesn't come over the top - simple as
that. You are forced to learn to keep your feet 180 degrees
apart and pedal ALL the way around the stroke. You cannot
hide - if your stroke is off by even a millimeter you'll
know as the crank will slip on the upstroke and you'll have
to correct the other leg to get back to 180.

You'll hate them but love what they do for your stroke.
I didn't know how to pedal properly until I got on
these. Infinitely better than a fixed gear bike or single-
    leg drills.

6 months old with a few scratches - the right crank sticks a
little every now and then but usually just needs some lube -
otherwise in great condition. For more info check out the
    website www.powercranks.com.

List Price for New: $690 (without chainrings or bolts) I'm
    Asking $450
