I've been using a pair of these on my Rans Vivo for the past few months and highly recommend them
for recumbents. The main reason is that you can disengage them very quickly and smoothly with very
little effort. Any shoes that will handle SPD cleats will handle the Eggbeater cleats - they're
almost identical.
