I have a set of Mavic Cosmic Carbone -tubular- wheels for sale. 700c.
Shimano freehub. No skewers or cassette.
I believe they are 2002/2003 model, and they were new bike take-offs, and
have -never- seen the road, just been sitting in storage, and the rear wheel
saw 30 minutes on an indoor trainer. These are essentially NEW.
ALSO, included are two Continental Competition tubular tires, worth about
$260 for the pair alone!! They too are basically new, the originally
installed tires, so no miles. Valve extenders included too.
To buy these new would cost 1449 for the wheels plus 270 for the tires
(competitivecyclist.com), so about 1720.
$825 US + shipping. The tires alone make this a great deal!
