Brand new 2005 Kona Cinder Cone frame. 20" model.
Never built up. Still in factory packaging, as shipped to me and shown
below. The frame is a warranty replacement for a steel '95 Kona Lava
Dome; needless to say, my old parts aren't quite the same vintage, and
I chose to replace the frame w/ a nicer piece from the same era before
realizing that the 10 year old broken frame was under warranty! My
latent ignorance is your reward.
Frame has rear disc mounts, as well as removable canti-studs. There
are two sets of threaded fender / rack holes at the rear dropouts, and
rack mounts on the chain-stays. This would be a great light weight +
bombproof urban commuter, a dedicated mountain bike, or both.
Effective top tube is 24.1" C/C, this should be good for someone in
the 5'11" - 6'4" range. See
