V-brake bosses and cable guides have been filed off the frame and fork (hence the cheap price).

What condition is the headset in? Those CK's are ~$300 by themselves aren't they? Nice buy just for the parts!
Headset is in great condition as far as I can tell (but I'm no expert though). It's one of those things that you fit and don't think about for the rest of the bike's life.
