Custom made HED Rims
Standard HED rims are made with Sun ME14 rims under the carbon skin. These
rims were custom made for Competitive Cyclist. The rims under the carbon
skin are the same rims as used by Rolf. The additional rim weight is 40
grams. The aerodynamic benefit is proven (wind tunnel) to be 3+ minutes in
a 40k TT.
Titanium Spokes
These are my personal wheels. I am the designer of these wheels, I have sold
many of the rims alone for $300. Steve Hed and crew built the wheels to my
specs. There is noone else in the news group that can make this claim.
