Excess to requirement, 3 spare tickets for Alan Hinkes's lecture and film
show 'Kangchenjunga - My Final 8000m Peak' at the Rheged Centre, Penrith,
Saturday 2 July 2005. Friends who were coming with Clare and I cannot now
make it.
Ticket positions are G12, G13 and G14, and assured by the staff that they
are 'prime spots'. Selling at 15 pounds sterling each ticket, but on offer
at 12 pounds sterling each ticket. The night includes:
Access to the Helly Hansen National Mountaineering Exhibition (open from
5:30pm)
Bluebird Bar opens at 6:30
Supper (at extra charge 6 pounds, pre-booked) between 6:30 and 7:30
Lecture starts at 8:00
It should be an excellent evening considering it is probably his first talk
since completing all 14 8000m plus peaks.
