Bianchi Milano -- $375 -- I bought this NOS and have owned it for
about 9 months. It came without fenders or chain guard but is
otherwise stock. Nice Nexus 8-sp internal hub. I have used it for an
errand bike but recently built up a fixed gear bike for the same
purpose. Too many bikes and this one needs a new home.
20" size so you should be probably 5'10" or taller.
Bridgestone frame & fork -- $125 -- I was told this was a '81 Sirius
but it has no stickers or labels left. It has a serial number of
F110884, which fits the Bridgestone serial number system for an '81.
It is a very sweet ride but a 57cm is just too small for me. I bought
a 60cm frame and transferred most of the parts.
This frame includes a Campy NR headset. It also has a Campy BB, for
which you will need a Campy crank, or I can remove the BB.
The frame has braze-ons for rear rack and downtube shifters. I
measured the rear dropouts at almost 128mm. I was able to use a 130mm
hub with no problem. It has vertical rear dropouts.
A former owner painted it pink.
These items are in the SF Bay Area. I prefer local pick-up, but I'm
willing to ship the frame if you really want it for the cost of
shipping and packing. Local pick-up only for the Bianchi.
