Well, specifically pears.....
I am one! And I know I can not change this body shape, and that 'spot
reducing' is a myth!
Currently I do weights, around 3 times per week, a varying routine depending
on if im at the gym or free weights at home. But always compound exercises,
8-10 reps and covering all major muscle groups.
I do feel that although I am very happy with the strength and looks of my
upper body, and strength of my lower body - my lower body (thighs, and bum)
are carrying a bit of excess fat. I find my trousers a bit tight around the
thighs generally.
So, would like to add *regular* aerobic exercise to my weekly schedule. But
what?....
My choice is running (long, slow/hill/interval etc?), swimming, ski machine
thingy, stair climber, rower or circuits. Which one would be most beneficial
to shift fat off of the top of my nice leg muscles?
Thanks,
Lynsey.
