Can anyone tell me their experiences with Speedplay Frog pedals? I'm thinking of changing my Look road pedals to Frogs because I can't walk at all in the appropriate road shoes. I want a recessed cleat with a rubber sole. thanx.

I am planning to turn to something which is more durable. For last five years I had ride it. I was on two sets of frogs for the first year. My opinion is the better was the first old design cleat.

I've used Frogs exclusively on all my bikes for the past 5 years. Love 'em.
