I know that there should be a minimum of 48 hours between workouts. In
general what's the maximum? 3 days? 4 days? 5 days? How long could I go
between workouts and still keep the continuity of progress going?
Thanks.

a week. -

Thanks.Twice a week worked fine.
Thrice a week works maybe a little better... but certainly not 50% better.
It's an interesting question. You could, I guess, experiment; and the
articles at www.hypertrophy-specific.com hint that twice every three
weeks might work.
