Have made "she who will be obeyed" a pot of C and C chowder tonight from fresh ingredients and based on a mish-mash of recipes found on the net.
Will find out shortly whether she likes it, if she does but doesn't finish it, can I refrigerate or even better freeze, what is left ? My worry is the fresh milk used.

Sure. Just put the soup in individual containers with lids that seal well, then freeze them.

Should be just fine. I freeze the extra of the adobe chicken chowder that I make almost every time with no problems.
