I bought a used Dura ace 7 speed freewheel. The tooth look twisted, bent. Is this normal? Do they shift better with Shimano derailleurs or are they OK with Campy Chorus (I have 7 speed cassette indexed version set for friction shifting) rear derailleur?

It's uniglide.They are supposed to look that way.They work with anything in friction.
