Free Health Care

It's true that nothing is free.

"Free" health care outside the USA is funded by taxation.
The citizens do not pay private health insurance companies --- They pay the government.
The government IS the health insurance company.
In the conventional American way of thinking, this is a shattering idea.
But people in many countries, certainly do like doing things this way.
