Good find/looks! That may be what it takes to get one put on the
better half's ride.

Any idea what S&H is? Those freebies often get you on the S&H on the
backside. If it's high, my schwinn 12 function was about $12US @
Wallyworld. Speed, distance, time (never missed it until I had it,
but now I hate having to dig for the phone for a timecheck), trip
time, trip distance, lifetime distance, average speed, and maybe one
or two other little things that I'm not remembering. I think I got my
moneys worth twofold, but it's still not free. I like free.

$12 is about all a competent entry-level bike computer costs these days:

The Filzers are still available last time I checked, culminating in a
wireless model with wired cadence that costs less than C$30. Which is
ridiculously cheap.

I've heard too much about interference to feel comfortable with a
wireless. If my road bike was pretty I might be more concerned, but I
can't bring myself to add weight and cost to decrease functionality
for aesthetics.

They make a functionally identical wired model that's about half the
price.
