This ebook is a compilation and condensation of a lot of other cycling training books, boiled down to a simple, concise philosphy on how to design and use a structured training program. Feel free to download this and pass it along to your cycling friends. Contains reference lisk of books to consider adding to your cycling library.
Edit: Well, I skimmed it. It's alright, nothing that you probably can't find on the internet already, but it's another free source, so that's cool. I wish it explained what periodization was good for, rather than just saying "you should train in year long cycles." Is that even true for beginning cyclists? My impression was that we don't need to periodize until we get to a certain level of cycling proficiency.
