Hi, I'm new to this cycling thing, and I am however slowly learning about my bike and how to do the basic maintenance on it. I cycle to work regularly and the the other day it was a day of constant rain. The day after I was out cycling when then crank and rear wheels sounded awful, a friend stripped the bike down and found water in the frame, how do I eleviate this problem?

A drain hole in the bottom of the BB shell, or pull seatopst and turn bike upside down and drain.
