  1. You heard rite . . .err, right. Carb rite is making what they calle
    creme filled cookies, which are oreo clones. loaded with sugar
    alcohols and calories. I tried one just to see what it's like, it's
    actually not that bad. I'm never going to buy it again, though. Too
    many calories and way too much sugar alcohol. Even if it has no
    impact, that much sugar alcohol cannot be good for you.

    I've seen them, but Oreos were never very appealling to me as
    cookies go. I can eat one or two cookies without wanting more, so I
    have tried a few other SF cookies, but for the amount of starch and
    sugar alcohol in one medium or two small cookies, I don't feel it's
    worth eating them. I get a lot less carb and sugar alcohol and a
    lot more satisfaction in an occasional scoop of Breyers Carb Smart
    than an occasional cookie.

    As usual, one of my most often posted mottos is "sugarfree junk food
    is still junk food", so *occasional* is key, IMO.
