Fort 7005 SLC -- a carbon/alu frame for under £300, should I
be wary? My LBS was raving about their frames. The finish,
they claim, is fantastic.

Not tried one, but my mate runs a bike shop and seems to
think they are really good, as well as being excellent
value.A few people have bought their cyclo-cross frame
in our league, and have nothing negatuve to say about

those Fort models with steel forks (the 531 Audax/tourer,
the 'cross models, and the track frames, I think) are sold
'complete' with prices quoted as such. So you may have to
add a bit on for the fork of your choosing.David E. Belcher
