Does anyone have experience with a delamination failure of a carbon
Icon fork on a Trek 5200? In our case the fork failed and caused the
front wheel to lock up, causing a nasty crash and some pretty nasty
injuries.

I've never heard of such a problem.
How exactly does it "delaminate"? My understanding is the fork has an
aluminum crown with carbon legs glued onto it.-Dion
