Dude, just keep doing what your doing. Believe me, if you are staying on
induction that is perfectly fine! The book says it, and the website says it
and the Atkins Center says it. Just make sure your seeing your Dr. on a
regular basis, have blood work done, etc. It's quite easy to tell if your
losing muscle mass or fat, just as you said your whole body has changed,
that doesnt happen with losing muscle mass🙂 These people are only giving
you negative drama because they don't have the willpower to stay on
induction, they only wished they could.
I know one guy who was 302 when he started back in Feb of this year, he is
now 180 and I swear to God, you would never recognize him if you knew him
before he lost the weight. It's incredible! He stayed on induction the
entire 6 months, never stalled, never cheated and as you can see, it was the
best thing he ever did for himself. He always got regular blood work done,
never a problem, life is good again. Had he moved up the scale with the
atkins program before he got to or near his goals, he would only be half way
there by now, why take another 6 months to do something you can do in just
that, 6 months?
On the other hand, you said you only had 50lbs to lose, your already now in
the 190's, so you will probably notice your weight loss drop off from 20 per
month to maybe 10 or so per month, but your so close, you have come this
far, if you turn back now your a fool🙂
It's a pretty good bet to say that this isn't the first time you have dieted
before, yet others on here are telling you that your new to dieting lol,
this is what I'm talking about. 99 percent of the people here want to do it
slow, thats their business and their problem. People like you and I who
have the willpower and the determination to take it off faster, do just
that. We are skinny, while they are still fat as a cow. Yet they know so
much about Atkins, LOL, I love it!
Anyways as long as you feel ok, just stick with it, nothing is going to
happen to you, just think of all the people who do liquid diets with NO food
at all, or who only eat water and crackers for 6 months. They are all still
alive, yet you are eating more then that so there is no reason to get
paranoid thinking your going to kill yourself because you have restricted
carbs.
Keep up the good work and ignore the idiots on here.
