  1. I have a treadmill and I started running the begaining of this month
(haven't ran for like 2 years)

At first, I started one of the treadmill programs that had an incline of
UPTO 6 and a maximum speed of UPTO 5 for 30 minutes.
I did the program EVERY day for 2 weeks (except on wensdays). Sometimes
I would get off the treadmill during the run if my feet hurt badly but I
would get back on it in 30 seconds or less.

After 2 weeks of doing this, I got intense pain on the top of my foot
(near my toes) in my left leg.
The pain only comes when bending the toes. I feel like there is "some
kind of water" on top of my foot or the feet bones grinding kinda
feeling. It doesn't hurt that bad and i when I rest for a day or use the
    bycycle instead, it goes away.

Maybe this is related to my shoe? I got 2 huge blisters on both my feet
(I actually went out and bought a new pair of shoes, Brooks Adreline Series)
Do you all experience this kind of pain too?

No. That doesn't sound good or normal at all.
