Anybody got a cure for cycling related foot pain?
Iusually get a severe pain in the ball of my right foot after about 50 miles on the bike. Its worse when I cycle in the mountains. removing shoes and walking barefoot for maybe 10 minutes helps a lot.
I woud be grateful for any suggestions

switched to look pedals from shimano spd's annd got a pair of shimano shoes with cf soles. They are very wide and it has done the trick. also whole setup seems more responsive.
