  1. 🙂Please help, I need to get back to training asap.
I have done my foot in, I think I did it on tuesdays session. 13th
    July 2004
2x10x300m 45sec recovery. I noticed that my lace on my right spike
was a bit too tight, but I didn't alter it. (Bad mistake 🙁 )

The top of my foot is slightly swolen/bruised. I trained yesterday
but I think it has got worst by doing so. It seems to hurt when I
    apply pressure when pushing off.

Any suggestions as to what it could be, would be great.
    Thank-you all in advance.

Ice it several times a day. 2 to 3 mins or until it hurts moderately, then
let it warm up X 3.

If you can run slowly enough without it hurting more than a wee bit, you can
    jog.

If even a slow jog hurts, take a day or two off, and continue icing. You
won't lose any conditioning with 2 - 3 days off. If you can hike without
pain, hike up some hills to get your exercise fix, or ride a stationary or
    movable bike.

If you react quickly to an injury, they tend to heal quickly. Ice works
wonders on the lower leg in my experience.
