  1. I just comepleted a full century and during my last couple of long rides the bottom of my feet at the ball and my toes start burning really bad. I get alot tingling in my toes when this happens. It hit me around the 70 mile mark and did it for about 15 miles and then is stopped. Also, when i flex my wrist, there is a sharp pain and poping pain. This happens more so in the middle to later part of a long ride. It happens more in my left wrist then my right. Please give me some advice.
    Thanks
    Robby

  2. I don't know about the wrist problem, but I believe the burning foot problem is probably due to your foot being improperly positioned too far forward, or more likely too far back over the pedal. The ball of your foot should be directly over the center of the pedal. If it isn't, readjusting the cleats should make a difference.

  3. Thanks
I will try that and see
