    never wash your organic veggies.

    Yummy ... cannot you just taste all those valueble food additives found
    in the normal vegetarian diet.

    you find the chemicals behind the different e-numbers pretty much
    everywhere, just google for it.
    if they are from sources suitable for vegetarians is hard to say and mostly
    up to the manufacturer.
    the e-numbers just state what is in there, but not how it was produced.

  4. See http://www.food-info.net/uk/qa/qa-fi45.htm which gives you a list
    of E-numbers from animal origin.
    For each number on the www.food-info.net the origin is stated.
