It's like a trailbike, but you use a normal kids bike and hang the front wheel in a sort of rack on the back of the parent's bike. So the child can ride on its own, and then attach whenever they get tired.
Their review was that it was well done, fairly heavy, and while attaching and detaching the kids bike is easy enough, attaching the thing itself takes some time.
No dealer in the UK yet I think.

It looks better than a trailgator in that it allows the use of the rear rack for normal [2] use.
