After reading about the testimony of Dr. John Amory and Dr. Wolfram Meier-Augenstein, there is no question that Landis is not guilty. I don't know if Floyd is innocent, but that's not the same as Not Guilty. The lab results are junk and aren't good enough to justify taking away Landis' title.
The best thing USADA could do for cycling is to rule the lab results as inconclusive. This would put pressure on WADA to tighten up lab standards. You can't clean up doping without good labs.
