accredited lab was not used, or improper monitoring and control procedures
were used, or the testing is not in accordance with current scientific
standards.

Article 84 bothers me as it allows for collusion. I feel the testing of the
second sample should be done independently of the first, i.e. without
direction from the UCI and by a lab and people different than the first
test.

Article 144, is interesting with respect to the Olympics, meaning what is a
team? I doubt this Article is ever applied. The American version of this
rule is rarely applied.
