Nope...all today's threadless stems are designed to be either

The Millenium (at least those I've seen) don't have flip-flop graphics,
so it might look a bit strange. It will work fine though. I use ITM 4
Racing upside down. Wear your helmet backwards and nobody will notice
the upside-down graphics on your stem! :-P

Wouldn't an improperly used helmet limit the protection provided by the
helmet?
